At Burfitt Tools, free shipping doesn’t mean slow delivery. We understand the importance of receiving your purchase promptly, so we ensure that the best possible methods are followed to deliver your order to your doorstep. We partner with Australia Post to dispatch your items efficiently and reliably across Australia.

Shipping Details

Dispatch Time: We aim to dispatch each item within 2 to 4 business days.
Transit Time: 7 to 14 business days across Australia via Australia Post.

For heavier products (over 2 kg), we typically use ground transportation, which may take up to 5 additional days for transit due to its slightly slower pace compared to air mail.

Important Shipping Information

Single Destination Address:

Each order can only be shipped to one destination address as specified during payment. If you wish to send products to multiple addresses, you will need to place separate orders.

Shipping Timeline:
We aim to dispatch each item in your order within 2 to 4 business days.
In certain cases, based on postcode serviceability or payment method, dispatch may take up to 5 business days.

If we experience a stock delay and cannot dispatch your order within 10 business days, we will contact you via email to provide an updated timeframe or offer a full refund for the unshipped items.

Shipping Days:
Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays.

Reliable Courier Service:
To ensure your order reaches you quickly and in good condition, we ship through Australia Post — Australia’s most trusted national delivery service.

Split Shipments:
While we strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product availability. There is no extra charge for split shipments.

Handling Damaged or Tampered Shipments

If you believe the product is not in good condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged:

Refuse to accept the delivery:
If your package arrives damaged, or if it was left at your property damaged, please take clear photos of the packaging and the items, and email them to customerservice@burfitt.com.au within 48 hours.

Invoice and GST:
As per Australian tax regulations, all shipments will include a tax invoice showing the product price and applicable GST.

Order Cancellations and Refunds

If any items in your order need to be cancelled:

For payments made via credit card, your card will not be charged for the cancelled items.

For payments made via debit card or direct deposit, we will instruct your bank to process the refund within 2 business days.

Please note that the actual credit to your account will depend on your bank’s processing time, which may take 5 to 10 business days.

If you do not receive the refund within this time, kindly check with your bank and inform us if you encounter any issues.
