Important Shipping Information
Single Destination Address:
Each order can only be shipped to one destination address as specified during payment. If you wish to send products to multiple addresses, you will need to place separate orders.

Order Cancellations and Refunds
If any items in your order need to be canceled:
For payments made via credit card, your card will not be charged for the canceled items.
For payments made via debit card or net banking, we will instruct your bank to process the refund within 2 working days.
Please note that the actual credit to your account will depend on your bank’s processing time, which may take 7 to 15 days.
