Process : hand forging, hand-cutting (open front).
Quenching : Fine-frequency quenching (quenching depth 10MM or so)
Note: The slight burr on the edge is a normal range. In daily use, sandpaper with more than 200 mesh or oilstone can be used for grinding. The better, the better.
